Website Changes

• Upgrade website to Drupal 5.2. This was a fairly simple upgrade, following the upgrade instructions provided by Drupal
• Modified the Website Theme (look and feel) to make the font-size a bit larger throughout the site, but especially in the main content area. Feedback received was that the font size made it too hard to read the content. The CSS was updated to make this change.

Over the next month, the site will be prepared for version 1.0, that is, the first official, public, release of the site. Most of the site itself is in fairly good shape, but the data access component, SODA, will be expanded and improved.
