How To add Images to the TRIG Image Gallery
If you have looked around the Resources section of the site, you may have seen our Image Gallery. Technically, it is a full blown media library since it can also host videos and audio, so if you have other types of media to add, this "How To" should help.
In order to add images (and media) to this site, you need an account! Please register and login to your account before proceeding, otherwise you won't have the necessary permission to add anything.
- You must decide where to add your image within the photo gallery.
- Browse the gallery until you find the album which best fits your image.
- If you cannot find the appropriate album for your image into, add the image to the unclassified images album.
- Using the dropdown box in the upper right corner of the gallery, select the "add items" option. You will be taken to another page to fulfill this task.
- To add images (or other media), click on browse and find the image you want to upload on your local computer's hard disk.
- Type in a description of this photograph. You will have a chance after it is uploaded to add a full description, but for the time being, keep the caption short yet still somewhat descriptive.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click submit.
